Privacy & data
Here, in plain terms, is what we collect and how we use it.
Effective July 6, 2026.
What we collect
The information you send through our forms (name, email, organization, project description), plus anonymous, cookieless visit statistics.
Cookies
We use no tracking or advertising cookies. Our visit statistics (Plausible) are cookieless and aggregate — no individual profiles. The only local storage we use is your light/dark theme preference, which never leaves your device.
Retention and learning
By default, we retain and learn from the inputs you submit to the simulator and our services — this tells us which measurement problems actually matter. We state it plainly rather than bury it.
Your opt-out
You can ask that your inputs not be retained. We accommodate it — either simply, or as a premium option depending on the case. Email us and we’ll act on it.
Emails
We only email you about what you asked for (a trial, the waitlist, your project). Every email includes an unsubscribe link and you can withdraw consent at any time.
Your rights
Under Québec’s Law 25 and Canada’s PIPEDA, you may access, correct, or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, or request portability. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
What you keep
For service engagements, you own your sample, its raw data, and the answer specific to you. We keep the general method and anonymized aggregate patterns.
Who’s responsible & hosting
Consultation Qlondike (9566-5444 Québec Inc.), in Montréal, is responsible for your personal information. Form submissions are handled by Web3Forms and the site is hosted by Cloudflare. To reach the person responsible for protecting it: q@qlondike.ca.
