Terms of Service

The rules that govern the use of this site and our services.

Effective July 6, 2026.

Acceptance

By using this site and our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Our services

Qlondike provides optical sample characterization (“Know Your Sample”) and, in future, a cloud-based simulator. The specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines are set out in a separate agreement for each client; these terms govern the site and access to the services, not a particular engagement.

Results and no warranty

Our feasibility and characterization reports are provided for research and development purposes. Unless your agreement states otherwise in writing, they are not a regulatory or GMP certification. The site and simulator are provided “as is,” with no warranty of availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Intellectual property

You keep your sample, its raw data, and the answer specific to you. Qlondike keeps the general method, know-how, and anonymized aggregate patterns. The site content, brand, and logos belong to Consultation Qlondike.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site or simulator for unlawful purposes, to extract or reconstruct its underlying models, to reverse-engineer it, or to disrupt its operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Consultation Qlondike is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service concerned.

Third-party services

The site relies on third-party providers (Cloudflare hosting, Web3Forms forms, Plausible analytics), each governed by its own terms.

Accessibility

We aim for WCAG 2.1 AA: keyboard navigation, sufficient contrast, alt text, and respect for “prefers-reduced-motion.” Tell us about any barrier and we will fix it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Québec and Canada. Any dispute falls under the courts of the judicial district of Montréal.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above indicates the most recent version.
